Our vision is to create a world, where transportation and storage of batteries is safe, transparent, and efficient, by providing an innovative packaging solution.

Our offerings consist of LOKI-Pack, a re-usable packaging system that allows for a high degree of customization, as well as LOKI-TES, our "Tailored Engineering Solution". Both options can be enhanced with our digital assets LOKI-Alert, LOKI-ADC, and LOKI-Inspect. While LOKI-TES provides individualized packaging for high volume customers, LOKI-Pack is a modular and configurable system that covers the full range of battery transportation use cases.

With the LOKI-Pack, we provide a configurable and highly modular solution for low-risk as well as high-risk batteries. Size, inlay, closure and labeling can be configured to fit your requirements. The packaging can be used for both, transportation and storage of UN certified, prototype, damaged, defective, recalled, and critically defective batteries. For special demands we offer individualized inlays, which maximize the space utilization inside the LOKI-Pack.

For large scale producers of batteries who are looking to maximize efficiency we are providing LOKI-TES, which stands for "Tailored Engineering Solutions". In a project setup we elaborate your exact needs in terms of automatic and/or manual handling as well as weight, size or any other related requirement, which results in the optimal solution for customers with high demand.

LOKI-Alert is a monitoring system that can be integrated in your LOKI-Pack, detecting thermal events and quickly alerting responsible operators via their connected devices. Acoustic and visual indications support the identification of the source and enable a timely response to the threat.

LOKI-ADC is a platform to manage dangerous goods shipping documentation such as UN 38.3 Test Summary, Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods, Safety Data Sheet, Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form, or the Air Waybill. Data is connected to the shipment and can be accessed via web portal and QR-Code. This improves traceability, speeds up goods acceptance and improves tax related documentation. Moreover, the loss of printed documents does not cause issues anymore.

LOKI-Inspect supports quality assurance, in that it provides outgoing goods inspection data combined with condition monitoring data during transport and storage and assigns them to the respective shipment. Particularly high or low temperatures as well as shock events may lead to bad quality parts, which can be sorted out immediately even before the inbound inspection.
