Our portfolio of battery packaging solutions for transport and storage includes two main products, which can both be enhanced by our digital assets as described below:

• LOKI-Pack - A standardized and configurable box with numerous options for all battery chemistries, sizes, and lifecycle stages. LOKI-Pack complies with regulations for street (ADR), rail (RID), sea (IMDG) and air (IATA) transport. Variations are manifold and include amongst other options a selection of different sizes of the box, different inlays for certain regulatory requirements or variations of the closing mechanism. LOKI-Pack has the right configuration for new batteries, prototypes, waste or recycling batteries, damaged and defective or critically defective batteries.

• LOKI-TES - Tailored Engineering Solutions that are individually designed based on battery geometry and supply chain requirements with the aim to optimize storage capacity and cycle time, which ultimately reduces cost. A robust design of trays, stacked on multiple levels makes additional inlays unnecessary and reduces complexity of automation components. It allows tightly packed batteries within each level of trays, maximizing the space utilization during transport and storage. LOKI-TES can be used for UN 38.3 certified batteries as well as for manufacturing scrap or end of life batteries.

• LOKI-ADC: Dangerous goods shipping requires even more documentation than standard logistic processes. Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods, Safety Data Sheet, Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form, Air Waybill, just to name a few examples. The LOKI-ADC system enables a digitization of all your shipping documents. The data is connected to the shipment and can be accessed via web portal and QR-Code. This improves traceability, speeds up goods acceptance and improves tax related documentation. Moreover, the loss of printed documents does not cause issues anymore. It enables the combination of outbound quality inspection data with condition monitoring data during transport and storage and assigns them to batteries of the respective shipment.
