About

I am a Lecturer and Researcher at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași (TUIASI), specializing in traffic engineering, vehicle dynamics, WIM-based monitoring, and road-safety analysis. My work combines microscopic traffic simulation with applied studies for urban, residential and commercial developments, intersection redesign and data-driven mobility optimization.

My PhD centred on designing new WIM sensing solutions for dynamic vehicle monitoring, enabling improved freight mobility, emission reduction and data-driven traffic management..

I actively participate in international mobility programs (Erasmus+, INGENIUM, BIPs) and have completed research and training stays in Germany and Portugal, fostering cross-border academic cooperation and collaborative engineering projects. Through my teaching and research at TUIASI, I contribute to strengthening the university’s expertise in smart mobility and sustainable transport.
