Latvian Roads Maintenance Company (VAS “Latvijas autoceļu uzturētājs”)

Latvian State Roads Maintenance Company (VAS “Latvijas autoceļu uzturētājs”) is a state-owned company and one of the largest road infrastructure maintenance enterprises in the Baltic region. The company maintains a road network of more than 20,000 kilometres across Latvia.

LAU’s core activities include routine road maintenance and construction works on roads, streets, and public squares for the state, municipalities, and private sector clients, as well as the production of mineral materials used in infrastructure projects.
